Our priority is freshness and sourcing from local producers. We prepare many of the items on our menu with this philosophy in mind.

Event tickets can only be purchased from official sales points designated by the event organizer.

Door opening times vary by event. You can check the announcement page for the specific event.

Our events are organized on a first-come, first-served basis, with either unnumbered seating or standing room. Seating is assigned on the day of the event based on the order in which attendees arrive.

Latecomers  will only be admitted during suitable intervals designated  by the production team. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new event date to be announced. Attendees unable to attend on the new date may request a refund.

Tickets are issued to individuals and are  non-transferable and non-refundable.

We strongly urge you to keep your ticket safe. If it is lost or deleted, a replacement cannot be issued.

Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time indicated on them. Unused tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The event will take place regardless of weather conditions. We therefore recommend that you come prepared. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Located in Terminal İstanbul, Komünite is a 3-minute walk from the Söğütlüçeşme Metrobüs, Marmaray, and bus stops.

Outside food and beverages  are not permitted  as a variety of options are available from our menu within the venue.

Yes, we offer a coat check service at the event venue. We kindly ask that you do not bring bags larger than a handbag; suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the venue.
