General Reservation Rules
We are delighted to welcome you. To ensure you have an enjoyable experience, please take a moment to review the information below.
- We embrace a smart casual dress code at our venue.
- This small detail helps us preserve the atmosphere of our venue together.
- Hot beverage service is available between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.
- Guests under the age of 18 are welcome on the ground floor and in our ground floor garden until 5:00 PM.
- As our venue adopts an adults-only concept from 5:00 PM onwards, we kindly ask that guests under the age of 18 conclude their visit by that time.
- Our upper floor is reserved exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
- Birthday celebration requests must be specified in the "Special Notes" section during the online reservation process.
- For group reservations of 10 guests or more, please contact us at +90 534 874 22 12.
- Guests may bring their own birthday cake. However, as we are unable to verify the contents and storage conditions of externally supplied products, we kindly remind you that responsibility for such items rests with the guest in accordance with our food safety and hygiene standards.
- Main Course: Main course service is available on the ground floor after 12:00 PM and on the upper floor after 5:00 PM.
- Breakfast is served until 12:00 PM on the ground floor and until 2:00 PM on the upper floor.
- We are pleased to welcome your furry friends in our ground floor garden and terrace.
- Due to our open kitchen concept and hygiene standards, pets are not permitted in indoor areas.
- However, you may carry your pet while accessing the terrace.
- In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we also respect the comfort and privacy of our other guests.
- Photography that may disturb other guests or disrupt our operations is not permitted.
Authorization (Card Hold)
- An authorization hold of 1.250 TL per person is placed on all reservations. This amount is not charged to your card; it is only temporarily held.
- The hold on your card will be released if you arrive at your reserved table at the specified time.
- Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours in advance.
- If you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours in advance or fail to show up without notice, the authorization amount will be charged to your card.
Prepaid Reservations
- Reservations requiring a prepayment:
- A prepayment is required for group reservations of 10 or more people. The amount collected will be applied to the total bill on the day of service.
Cancellation of Prepaid Reservations
- For reservations canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the prepayment may be transferred for future use, subject to evaluation of unavoidable circumstances such as health issues.
- If you fail to show up without notice, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Reminder and Confirmation Process:
- Our team will call you one day before your reservation to confirm it. A reminder message will be sent on the day of the reservation.
- Your table is reserved for you for 3 hours. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
Ground Floor
Indoor Restaurant
Located on the ground floor, the Indoor Restaurant is designed around an open kitchen and kitchen counter, with views opening onto the Garden and passing trains. A welcoming space for dining and gathering throughout the day, it offers a calm and productive atmosphere during the day, then shifts naturally into a setting for social gatherings in the evening. Its ground-floor location provides step-free access, and the space is particularly suited to groups of 2, 4 and 6.
Capacity: 23 tables, 56 seats, 4-seat kitchen counter
Seating: Standard tables and chairs, armchairs, bar stools
Reservations: Available for groups of 1–35, with shared use of the space
Garden
Located on the ground floor, the Garden is an open-air living space designed to flow with the pace of the day. Surrounded by natural light and greenery, it brings together everything from dining and conversation to gatherings and celebrations. As part of Komünite’s approach to turning everyday routines into shared experiences, the Garden offers a setting where different seating options and a distinctive sense of flow create space for habits to form and meaningful connections to grow. Best suited to groups of 2, 4, 6, 12 and 15, the Garden overlooks the energy of the indoor restaurant and passing trains, adding to the living atmosphere of the space.

Upper Floor Indoor
Long Table
Located on the upper floor, the Long Table is an antique table sourced from Lyon, conceived as a versatile gathering space centered around sharing and co-creation. Accommodating dining, meetings, group work and celebrations, it offers a flexible setting for different ways of gathering and working. Positioned in front of the stage and by the windows, with views of the street and train line, the Long Table creates a natural connection to the different experiences unfolding upstairs.

Reservations: Available for groups of 6 to 10, with shared-use or exclusive-use options
Bar
Located on the upper floor, the Bar is designed as a social space that encourages interaction and long conversations. The counter was lowered to suit the seating arrangement, encouraging eye-level interaction and a natural sense of closeness. A natural choice for catching up with friends over drinks and small bites, the Bar overlooks the train line, library and terrace, offering a distinctive vantage point from which to take in the flow of the day and linger over conversation.

Black Lounge
Located on the upper floor, the Black Lounge is a lounge area designed for quieter, more intimate gatherings. With its spacious leather sofas, low coffee tables and surrounding greenery, it offers a relaxed setting for lingering conversations, dining and spending time together. Reflecting Komünite’s approach to space as both physical and emotional architecture, the Black Lounge brings a distinct character to the upstairs experience through its comfortable seating arrangement and distinctive atmosphere. Best suited to groups of 4–7, the Black Lounge is available exclusively for private bookings.

Middle Area
Located on the upper floor, the Central Area is a spacious and welcoming shared space that brings together a variety of seating arrangements. With its fireplace, library, greenery and different seating options, it offers a warm setting for conversation, gatherings, taking a break and celebrations. At the heart of the upper floor, the Central Area brings together the warmth of the fireplace and library, the energy of the bar and terrace, and views of the stage and train line, creating a space where different experiences come together. Best suited to groups of 2–25, it can also accommodate larger gatherings of up to 50 people through reservation.

Upper Floor Terrace
Located on the upper floor, the Terrace is designed for everyday use as well as open-air gatherings and a range of programs. With seated, standing and mixed-use options, it can accommodate everything from celebrations and launches to DJ sets and pop-up concerts. Overlooking the Garden, Purple Bar and train line, the Terrace can complement indoor programming or host events independently. With seating for 26, it can accommodate gatherings of up to 120 people in standing or mixed-use setups.

Upper Floor Purple Bar
Mor Bar is designed as a focal point for social gatherings and evening programming. Defined by its distinctive handcrafted ceramic surfaces, Mor Bar brings together a range of experiences, from celebrations and birthdays to conversation and dining, DJ sets and pop-up concerts. With views opening onto the Garden and train line, Mor Bar extends the energy of the evening into the open air. Open from 6:00 PM, it offers a distinctive setting for spending time together, coming together through music and becoming part of the night’s flow.
